What is your sitter-to-child ratio?
We prioritize safety above all else. Our standard ratio is 1 Nest Keeper for every 6 children (varying slightly based on age ranges) to ensure every child receives personalized attention.
What ages do you specialize in?
We love all little birds! We typically care for children from 6 months to 15 years old!
Are you fully bonded and certified?
Absolutely. We maintain comprehensive insurance, and each Bird Watcher is CPR and First Aid certified. Safety is our main focus. Our entire team consists of professional educators with over a decade of classroom experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
?We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
