"The Full Flight" is our premier, all-inclusive childcare suite designed to provide a seamless transition for your youngest VIPs from the ceremony through the final dance. This signature service goes beyond basic supervision, offering a curated environment where children are cherished and entertained while parents celebrate with total peace of mind. Our base package includes expert care for a "flock" of up to 6 children. To maintain our high standard of safety and engagement, a flat rate of $75 applies for each additional child. Your Full Flight Includes: Continuous Care: Ten hours of dedicated professional supervision by our expert Nest Keepers. Curated Youth Soirée: A tailored "event within an event" featuring high-end activity kits, age-appropriate games, and an evening movie screening. In-Suite Dining Coordination: We supervise and facilitate dinner for the children, ensuring a calm and organized mealtime. The Midnight Wind-Down: As the night draws to a close, we provide a relaxing environment to help children settle before parents return. Perfect For: Full wedding days, ensuring your guests can enjoy the ceremony, dinner, and the dance floor without a second thought. Suggested Extra Fees to Note (Fine Print): To ensure you are compensated for the premium nature of San Antonio/Austin events, I recommend adding these as "Add-on" options or including them in your policy section: Migration Fee (Travel): Flat $100 for locations 40+ miles outside of San Antonio/Austin. The Fledgling Add-on: $35/hour for each additional child (over the initial 6). Peak Season Surcharge: $200 for holiday weekends or "High Season" Saturdays (March–June). Valet/Parking Reimbursement: This is standard for downtown Austin or hotel-based weddings.
